Elisha Rhodes

Elisha Rhodes is vice president of operations at YWCA USA, where she works alongside the Chief Executive Officer to develop and lead key efforts to improve and maximize the operations and resources of the YWCA USA. Her portfolio includes direct oversight of the IT and Finance departments and general operations of the national office.  Throughout her tenure at YWCA USA, Elisha has been instrumental in streamlining the operations of the organization while playing a critical role in the success of key initiatives like the Strong Foundation Fearless Future Initiative, development and implementation of the annual operating budget, national and regional convenings of YWCA membership, and the annual business meeting. Elisha is actively involved in YWCA USA’s global work and the organization’s commitment to young women and their leadership development.

Elisha began her career as an administrative professional; she started her career with YWCA USA over 12 years ago and felt an immediate connection to the mission of the organization. She currently serves on the board of the Black Swan Academy. Elisha studied marketing management at Saint Peter’s University.
