Charlotte Mayor Anthony Foxx; Willie Ratchford, executive director of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Community Relations Committee; Maria Hanlin of Mecklenburg Ministries; and other community leaders rally with YWCA and urge the community to come together in a show of unity at YWCA’s  Stand Against Racism today at Polk Park.
